Register NOW for the Monster Dash to get the best price!
The Monster Dash races consist of a 1-mile Fun Run, followed by the 5K and 10K runs. The race course for all three runs follows the perimeter of Lithia Park, a beautiful 93 acre park in downtown Ashland, Oregon. Southern Oregon is fast becoming one of the premiere running destinations of the Northwest; and Ashland, specifically, has been identified by Running Times magazine as the ultra-distance running mecca of the U. S. and Outside magazine named Ashland the “Best Town in America for Trail Running.”
Register online at Active.com for a small fee per person, or download the 2012 Monster Dash registration form here. Print one form for each runner, fill out and mail or fax in. Note – if you fax the form, please call for confirmation that your form has been received! You can also pick up race registration flyers at Rogue Valley Runners (162 E Main St, Ashland) or any Ashland Public School.
All races are out and back courses that begin/end just above the intersection of Nutley and Winburn Way in Lithia Park. The out and back course will allow you to see other runners’ costumes…and for them to see yours! See individual race course descriptions below.
Note: Strollers are allowed, but runners with strollers will be required to start at the back of the starting pack. The 1-mile run is completely on pavement, but the 5K and 10K runs have portions of gravel that may require a running stroller. NO DOGS PLEASE.
