New this year, we’ll be hosting a Monster Activity Village in Lithia Park on race day, 9am to 1pm. This is the perfect place for racers and non-racers alike to come together and enjoy FREE Halloween-themed crafts, games, entertainment and more.
Try your hand at potion-making with Tree House Books, or learn the art of aerial play with Ashland Aerial Arts. Love kittens? Come visit the petting area with Friends of the Animal Shelter.
And of course, we’ll host our annual Costume Contest in Lithia Park, too! Bring your A-game and see if you can win spookiest, silliest, funniest or cutest in your category. More contest details coming soon…
For those who are ready to bid in this year’s Monster Dash Silent Auction, we’ll have the items available on display for you to see in-person this year! All the bidding still happens online, and you can see all the items anytime on our Auction page.
When you get hungry, reach for a Monster Bites Passport! When you present your $10 card at participating eateries, you’ll be treated to tasty vittles like Dirt & Worm Cones, “Finger” Sandwiches, Monster Cookies, Wizard Pretzel Wands and Kid-Friendly Butterbeer.
ScienceWorks Monster Ball
And when the festivities die down in the afternoon, we recommend heading home for a cat nap then venturing over to ScienceWorks Hands-On Museum for their Monster Ball!
From 4-9pm on Saturday, October 28th you can get creepy and kooky with fortune-telling, treasure-hunting, science demonstrations, raffles, even more costume contests, DJ music and much more.
We hope you’ll join us all in a full day of community Halloween fun!
